Ammunition repairs, upgrades and modernization
The company produces a wide range of HE and FUM ammunition for bomb launchers, all calibers.
Repair and upgrade services mainly consist of:
– Batch evaluation through analyzes and tests;
– Establishing the operations to be carried out according to the technological repair sheet;
– Replacement of throwing loads with German/Austrian manufacturing loads;
– Replacement of warheads with electronic warheads that ensure a safe distance of at least 100m;
– Chemical and stability analysis of the explosive material, possible elaboration and reloading with a stronger explosive, for example composition B;
– Application of anti-corrosion protection coatings and inscription;
– Acceptance and responsiveness tests;
– Packaging, delivery.
Upgrade services consist of:
– Equipping the ammunition with proximity electronic warheads, with jamming protection, which ensures the tripling of the lethal surface;
– Doubling the maximum firing distance by adding additional reactive engines (HERA);
– Replacing the explosive with thermobaric explosive, on the HE-THB principle (dual effect: fragmentation explosive and thermobaric).
