Center of Excellence in Drone Pilot Training
The Center of Excellence in Drone Pilot Training is an initiative of S. CARFIL S.A. in developing the training capabilities of drone personnel in Romania, an innovative project, the result of the strategic partnership between S. CARFIL S.A., a subsidiary of CN ROMARM S.A. and the French company DCI (Défense Conseil International).
DCI is recognized for its expertise in training military personnel of the French Army and partner/allied countries through a global network of modern and advanced training centers.
It is the first center of its kind in the country/region to offer advanced training programs. The center will offer theoretical and practical courses, tailored to the needs of the beneficiaries, for the training of military and civilian drone pilots and operators.

The Center of Excellence in Drone Pilot Training of S. Carfil S.A. offers a creative, adaptable platform, oriented towards value and excellence, quality and collaboration, which ensures the development of an innovative professional training process, unique in the country.
Mision
In the current economic, social and educational context, the Center’s mission is to be “an elite training structure” that prioritizes training drone pilots and developing their skills for the use of drones in the military and civilian environment, according to the requirements of the beneficiaries.
