Center of Excellence in Drone Pilot Training
The Center of Excellence in Drone Pilot Training is an initiative of S. CARFIL S.A. aimed at developing personnel training capabilities in the drone field in Romania, an innovative project resulting from the strategic partnership between S. CARFIL S.A., a subsidiary of CN ROMARM S.A., and the French company DCI (Défense Conseil International).
DCI is recognized for its expertise in training military personnel of the French Army and partner/allied countries through a global network of modern and advanced training centers.
It is the first center of this kind in the country/region offering advanced training programs. The Center will provide theoretical and practical courses tailored to beneficiaries’ needs for the training of military and civilian drone pilots and operators.

The Center of Excellence in Drone Pilot Training within S. Carfil S.A. offers a creative, adaptable platform focused on value and excellence, quality and collaboration, ensuring the delivery of an innovative professional training process unique in the country.
Mission
In the current economic, social, and educational context, the mission of the Center is to be “an elite training structure” that prioritizes the training of drone pilots and the development of their competencies for the use of drones in both military and civilian environments, according to beneficiaries’ requirements.
