Declaration of adherence to the fundamental values, principles, objectives and monitoring mechanism of the National Anti-Corruption Strategy:
The General Manager of S. CARFIL S.A., taking note of the adoption by the Government of Romania of the National Anti-Corruption Strategy, the Inventory of preventive anti-corruption measures and evaluation indicators, as well as the National Action Plan for the implementation of the National Anti-Corruption Strategy, approved by Government Decision no. 215/2012, recognizing the importance of the objectives of the National Anti-Corruption Strategy, as well as its monitoring mechanism, formulates the statement:
It adheres to the fundamental values, principles, objectives and monitoring mechanism of the National Anti-Corruption Strategy.
By formulating this Declaration, the General Manager of S. CARFIL S.A. rejects and condemns corruption, in all its forms of manifestation and undertakes the undertaking of some measures in the sense of supporting the prevention and combating of corruption at the level of the institution, the promotion of integrity, the free access of citizens to information of public interest and the transparency of the decision-making process.
Obligations
For this purpose, as an expression of the fundamental values exposed, the representatives and employees of S. CARFIL S.A. have the obligation to:
– Implement the anti-corruption legislative framework;
– Carry out the specific measures within the SNA that are within the competence of S. CARFIL S.A.;
– Respects the provisions regarding access to information of public interest and those regarding the transparency of the decision-making process;
– Consolidate the operational autonomy of the internal control and audit structures and intensify the implementation activities of the internal/managerial control systems;
– Takes all necessary measures to avoid situations of conflict of interests and incompatibilities.
Representatives and employees of S. CARFIL S.A. they have the duty to consider the public interest above any other interest and to respect the fundamental values and principles established in the National Anti-Corruption Strategy in the exercise of their duties.
