The general objective of the Security Report is to control the risks coming from a site, by identifying:
– polluting agents and/or potential hazards on environmental factors;
– resources and receivers exposed to risk;
– the mechanisms by which the risk is realized;
– the general measures necessary to be taken to reduce the degree of risk to an acceptable level.
Activities with a risk factor require that, in addition to the measures that are currently taken, for safe operation, there should be a permanent control and a continuous assessment of the risk and the possible consequences.

– reducing risks by increasing safety.
The need to create the Security Report stems from the need to obtain additional information regarding the risks identified in the RM of Vlădeni stock warehouse, belonging to the CARFIL S.A. company. Brasov. At the headquarters of the RM of Vlădeni stock warehouse, the main activity is the storage of explosive materials, CAEN code 5210.
