The deadline for submission of offers is 18.08.2023, 14:00. The participation guarantee is 1,000 lei (VAT IS NOT CHARGED), and the specifications can be purchased from the company’s headquarters, str. Zizinului no. 119, at the price of 30 lei + VAT.
