IX of Law 187/2023 for the amendment and completion of 0.U.G. 109/2011 and art. 4 of H.G., no. 639/2023 for the approval of the methodological rules for the application of 0.U.G. 109/2011, the CARFIL S.A. company with the assistance of the independent expert FOX MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS SRL, announces the start of the recruitment and selection procedure for 3 (three) member positions in the company’s Board of Directors, according to the legal provisions.
The stages of the recruitment and selection process are:
1. Prior evaluation of the application files that make up the long list.
2. Final evaluation of shortlisted candidates. The interview.
The candidate applying for a position of Member in the Board of Directors of the CARFIL S.A. Company. they must ensure that they can successfully fulfill the role they are applying for. Within a joint-stock company, the Board of Directors is charged with the performance of all necessary and useful acts for the achievement of the company’s object of activity, except for those reserved by law for the general meeting of shareholders (AGM). The board of directors has basic powers established by law and the company’s Articles of Incorporation.
