Considering the Emergency Ordinance no. 115 of December 14, 2023, regarding some fiscal-budgetary measures in the field of public spending, for fiscal consolidation, combating tax evasion, for the modification and completion of some normative acts, as well as for the extension of some deadlines, according to Article VII, paragraph (1) – in 2024, the filling of vacant or temporarily vacant positions by competition or examination is suspended.

Referring to Article VII, paragraph (5) – “For the positions for which the result of the selection of tender files was displayed prior to the entry into force of this emergency ordinance, the procedures for their occupation may continue, according to the provisions in force on the date of publication of the tender notice”, we hereby inform you that considering the start of the procedure for the selection of files for the vacant position of Car and Truck Driver until the date entry into force of this law, the process of examining and filling the vacant post will be carried out according to the organization.
