2. Servicii de reparatii, up-grade si de modernizare munitie
Societatea produce o larga paleta de munitie HE si FUM pentru aruncatoarele de bombe, toate calibrele.
Serviciile de reparatie, up-gradare constau in principal in:
– Evaluare loturi prin analize si teste;
– Stabilirea operatiunilor de efectuat conform fisei tehnologice de reparatie;
– Inlocuirea incarcaturilor de azvarlire cu incarcaturi fabricatie Germania/Austria;
– Inlocuire focoaselor cu focoase electronice care asigura o distanta de siguranta de minim 100m;
– Analiza chimica si de stabilitate a materialului exploziv, eventual delaborare si reincarcare cu un exploziv mai puternic, de exemplu compozitie B;
– Aplicare acoperiri de protective anticoroziva si inscriptionare;
– Teste de acceptanta si de receptive;
– Ambalare, livrare.
Serviciile de modernizare constau in:
– Dotarea munitiilor cu focoase de electronice de proximitate, cu protectie la bruiaj, care asigura triplarea suprafetei letale;
